AUTOCARES ABAGON S.L. is a transport company for travellers by road that begins its activity in the year 1953 in Castilla y Leon.
Over the years it has consolidated, becoming one of the most important regional companies specialized in national and international transport of road travellers in the community.
It has a fleet of 10 vehicles, including two minibuses with PMR (platform for people with reduced mobility) of 23 and 8 people and a mountain 7 person SUV. The company’s staff consists of 9 employees.

The traveller has the right to carry a suitcase at no additional cost.
The surveillance of hand luggage is the responsibility of the traveler they accompany.
In the hold, bicycles or other objects can be transported as long as there is enough space in it and there is no risk of damaging the rest of the luggage. The transport of these objects will be done by paying a special ticket.
Bicycles or other objects must travel properly packed to avoid damage to them and the rest of the luggage. Also, they must have a system to attach them to the body of the vehicle. They must get the ticket beforehand.
Wheelchairs owned by travellers will be transported free of charge.
The driver will not be talked to unless it is essential.
The driver’s instructions will be followed at all times, especially in case of exceptional situations or emergencies.

Avoid staying in the hallway and exit areas.
They will have to travel seated and the seat priority reserved for people with reduced mobility will be respected (blind people, people with crutches, pregnant women, people with children, …).

Your pet can travel in an approved box and in the trunk of the vehicle. By law, only guide dogs can travel inside. The traveler will be responsible for the pet at all times.
Only one pet will be allowed per bus and for this, you must purchase your ticket in advance.
